With over a decade of experience in the secretarial domain, I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and currently hold the positions of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited
My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University. Previously served as an Assistant Company Secretary at Carysil Limited.
In my current capacity, I have successfully managed significant financial projects. These include overseeing a Preferential Issue of Equity shares amounting to 120 Crore and orchestrating a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) that raised 500 Crore for Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited
During my tenure, the company’s rise from the Top 2000 to the Top 500 listed companies in India. Notably, we consistently delivered annual financial results within 7 days of the fiscal year-end and efficiently organized the Annual General Meeting (AGM) within an exceptional timeframe of 42 days post the financial year-end.
